By accessing or using Freemotion ("the Service"), operated by AutoAds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Freemotion is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates promotional videos from website URLs. The Service includes:

  • Website content extraction and analysis
  • Automatic branding detection (colors, logos, fonts)
  • AI-generated video composition code
  • Chat-based video editing with AI assistance
  • Video rendering and export

3. Account Registration

To use Freemotion, you must create an account using Google or X (Twitter) authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Free Plan

  • 3 video generations per month
  • Access to all features
  • 720p rendering quality
  • AI-powered editing

Freemotion is completely free to use. Your video credits reset at the start of each month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Freemotion to:

  • Generate videos from websites you do not own or have permission to use
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Produce illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Generate misleading or deceptive advertising
  • Scrape or extract content from websites that prohibit such activity
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond intended use

6. Content Ownership & Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the websites and content you provide to Freemotion. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating videos.

Generated Videos

You own the videos generated by Freemotion from your content. You are free to use, distribute, and modify these videos for any lawful purpose.

Our Technology

Freemotion, including its AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of AutoAds. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our technology beyond using the Service as intended.

7. Third-Party Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content extracted from third-party websites. Freemotion is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from your use of third-party content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

  • Perform maintenance with or without notice
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Experience outages due to third-party service providers

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEMOTION AND AUTOADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoAds and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you provide or generate using the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
